French leave…

The Grey St. Optician team are heading for Paris this Sunday to look for new and exciting eyewear!

Unfortunately, this means we will be closed for one day only on Sunday 29th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The good news is, there will be lots of great new frames on the way over the coming weeks!

Garrett Leight California Optical

Garrett Leight California Optical was created in 2010, fueled by a group of young, passionate purveyors of eyewear from across the pond. The frames are timeless, classic designs which are perfectly hand crafted with high quality materials

‘GLCO’ sunglasses have gone down a storm this summer at Grey St. Optician. The good news is, the ophthalmic range is just as strong! Come and take a look at one of the most exciting eyewear brands on the planet – exclusive to Grey St. Optician!

THEO

Things just got interesting… THEO have arrived at Grey Street!

A niche, family run, Belgian brand who’s buzz word is creativity. Bright, bold colours on quirky, avant-garde frames, all hand-made to the highest quality.

If you dare to be different, come and take a look – you will love Theo, and Theo loves you!

Looking good!

The scaffold which has engulfed us for the past few months has finally come down! The Georgian listed buildings on and around Grey Street required painstaking maintenance on the stonework. The street is now looking as good as ever, especially in this glorious sunshine!

1950’s sunglasses

Ladies upswept sunglasses are right in at the moment, as ably demonstrated by Scarlet Street at our sunglass party last week! Whether its full on ‘cats eye’ or a gentle feminine curve, we have the style to suit! Come and have some fun trying on the latest styles from Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples, Rayban and many more…
